Credit card surcharging is a way to bypass the credit card processing fees. You will still incur fees for accepting debit cards. Debit cards are less expensive to accept than credit cards. This method does not require you to display your higher card price. You can keep displaying your normal cash price in the store. At checkout, when a credit card is selected as the tender the fee is applied. If the sale is debit it will not be applied.

*This requires a sign at your store register indicating you are passing the fee or fixed rate to your customer.
